PEI offers some of the most generous per-household rebates in Atlantic Canada, with a unique free heat pump program for qualifying Island households.

PEI Exclusive — Currently Paused

Net Zero Free Heat Pump Program

This program paused intake on June 2, 2025 due to high demand and full budget allocation. It covered free heat pumps and electric water heaters for households earning $100,000 or less. We monitor the program for any resumption and will notify clients when it re-opens.

Mini-Split Heat Pump Rebate

Up to $900 / Up to $1,800 low-income

Available to all PEI homeowners. Low-income households (under $35k net income) qualify for double the standard rebate amount.

Central Air Source Heat Pump

Up to $2,500 / Up to $4,500 low-income

Whole-home heating and cooling solution. Low-income Island households can access nearly double the base rebate amount.

Canada Greener Homes Affordability Program (CGHAP)

The original Greener Homes Grant is closed. The new CGHAP offers no-cost direct-install retrofits for low-to-median-income Island households. We assess your eligibility and stack it with available PEI rebates for maximum savings.
